Epoxy Flake Flooring Benefits

As a modish-inspired concept, epoxy flake floor systems are durable, easy to clean and maintain, making them ideal for garage floors, homes and outdoor concrete surfaces.

Durable

We use high-performance, quality epoxy products that cure to a hard and thick finish, that can easily withstand the wear and tear produced by daily activities, vehicles, foot traffic and weather. They're resistant to moisture, dirt, and grime, as well as tire marking, road salts and chemicals.

UV Stable

Our 100% UV Stable topcoat prevents the floor from discoloration over time. Our Epoxy base coat provides moisture resistance and forms a waterproof barrier, which prevents the floor from lifting and peeling off. These two layers make epoxy flake flooring the best and most affordable flooring for your driveway, patio, or pool deck.

Protects the Concrete

Concrete on its own is strong but porous and prone to cracking, chipping and staining. As epoxy coatings are much stronger and flexible than concrete, they act as a bandage protecting it from wear and tear, damage and stains when applied on top of the concrete slab.

Easy To Clean

Thanks to their seamless non-porous finish, liquids, dirt and oils cannot soak into the floor, making epoxy flake extremely easy to clean and maintain. With regular cleaning and maintenance you can rest assured your epoxy floors will look like new for years to come.

Decorative

Our epoxy floors come in a variety of flake chip colors and blends, you can choose from to match with your interior or exterior design. View our color chart here.

Floor repair

Once the floor we've brought the floor back to a clean surface, we move onto repairing any cracks and holes. This step is crucial in ensuring the structural integrity of both the concrete slab and your new epoxy floor.

Floor application

Once the floor prep is completed, we move onto applying a coloured basecoat, followed by a clear bed coat. White the coat is still wet, we broadcast the vinyl flake chips at 100%, to fully cover the floor. When the epoxy coat is fully dry, we scrape off the excess amount of flakes.

Sealer

When the epoxy coat is fully dry, we scrape off the excess amount of flake and apply a UV stable polyaspartic topcoat. The topcoat is designed to protect the epoxy floor from damage, stains and discoloration.
